Wow, I've actually been busy. Went on a residency, had a few shows, have a city commission coming up. Too much to detail but will be more intentional about updates. I'm working on a catalogue for my recent solo show Walled Windows at Community Contemporary. I sit down with Sven Spieker and talk about the show. Thank you Sven for pushing me with this! And thanks to everyone who's been supporting my practice along the way.

Seems I’ve fallen off. Lot’s happened. Maybe too much in too little time... Though it’s all growth. I’ve since changed studios; I am a downtown boy now. School’s done, for now. Maybe I’ll go learn Russian. Talk to Mom. I want to learn Farsi too. Maybe Dad’ll talk to me more then. Anyways, I’m thinking of my next step. Overall, I want to grow.

"Photography" has been added to the "Selected Work" page. There, you will find my AZIZAM series which was completed at the end of 2020 in Paul Mpagi Sepuya's Photographic Strategies class at UCSD.
As I write this, I'm hunting for a new studio space.
